Skilled Carpenter
Do you know a carpenter who wants to be part of a team?
We are growing and need professionals who are seeking employment with a company that has been around since 1976! We are looking for a skilled carpenter who is not only great at carpentry but also great with our customers.
Abilities including trim, flooring, drywall, painting, roofing, window install ,door install, light plumbing / electrical are a huge plus!

Lead Water Tech
We are growing our water damage division and looking for somebody to join our team as a Lead Water Damage Tech.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to service calls after-hours within company policy standards
- Complete and upload all documentation when a new water loss is reported
- Review and get all job details and information into the project software for all jobs
- Call the customer 15 minutes before their expected arrival at their site
- Meet with the customer and review the company brochure.
- Obtain and upload a signed work authorization form from the customer prior to initiating work
- Identify the source of the problem and the scope of the damage
- Take and upload photos of the loss and equipment placement
- Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for drying and cleaning
- Work safely and carefully in environments that have suffered fire, water, or wind damage
- Perform water extraction as per company and IICRC standards
- Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers as per IICRC standards
- Draw a diagram of the affected area in Xactimate onsite
- Monitor, replace, remove, and record equipment as required by company and IICRC policy
- Input Notes daily into the software using the mobile app whenever possible
- Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles to company standards
- Must be flexible and willing to work in other divisions as needed.
Pay depends on experience, will train the right person!

Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for estimating, budgeting, selling, and collecting for our general construction and insurance loss projects.
If you have extensive Xactimate and Dash experience, this might be the job for you. If you lack that experience, but still have interest and the qualities we are looking for, we have a program that will allow you to start as a lead water technician and train to work your way into the Project Management position.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with our coordinators, trade partners, and field techs to deliver excellent service to our clients.
- Depending on the job type, you will be responsible for writing estimates, budgeting, selling, and collecting.
- Keep all interested parties in the loop.
- Regular and consistent communication.
- Thorough documentation of all pertinent job functions.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance loss work.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Xactimate and Dash web-based software.

Position Summary
The C3 ‘s role is to be the conduit and coordinator of the project as they are the channel for conveying information to all parties involved, including, but not limited to: company officers and managers, other team members, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and clients, and coordinating all aspects of the job with same.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing our project management software to enter new jobs as well as manage projects from start to finish. You will ensure that the files are properly updated, checking inspection dates, notes, photos, and required documents are properly entered and uploaded by staff.
- Make an initial assessment of new projects and communicate with and assign/dispatch the appropriate crews.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with Project Managers and clients, and manage the calendar.
- You will be the main point of communication with all relevant parties, including different Project Managers and internal departments, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, vendors, and the clients (often daily) from start to finish. You must be organized, diligent, play well with others, and be caring and compassionate to meet client expectations.
